Kylian Mbappe is rumored to be recovering faster when joining Neymar on the bench due to an injury he sustained.
At a Glance Sports – Kylian Mbappe was withdrawn when he scored for Paris Saint-Germain's 3-0 win over Nantes on Sunday (1/11/2020).
Mbappe was seen clutching his thigh when replaced by Bandiougou Fadiga in the 74th minute.
After the match, Thomas Tuchel confirmed that his favorite striker will miss several more follow-ups for PSG due to injury.
But now, he is expected to rejoin the first team soon.
Germany host PSG in August's semi-final rematch, which the Parisians won 3-0 to secure their place in the decider against Bayern Munich.
But this time, they will be without Neymar and Mbappe, who have both succumbed to physical problems.
Neymar suffered a groin injury last week against Basaksehir which is expected to keep the Brazilian out of action until the November international break.
And while Mbappe's muscular grievances, suffered at the weekend in PSG's win over Nantes, are not that severe, he is not going to take the risk.
